Orders will be shipped with in 2 business days of payment receipt. All orders are normally received with in 5-7 business days.
Neverlightagain.com ships product via USPS Priority mail to the United States, free of charge. E-Liquids are shipped separate and may take slightly longer to receive.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your complete unopened order within 30 days of receiving for a full refund. If unit has been used customer may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued via same method used for payment. Please contact sales@neverlightagain.com to receive a return authorization number. NeverLight Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges occurred during the return process.
